This pattern was originally published as part of the Fruit Salad Crochet Along, but this 6” square can be used in any blanket or afghan.

The last row is set up for a flat braid join, but can be omitted if you choose to join your squares with another method.

The stem is added by surface crochet and the leave is crocheted separately and sewn on.
