There are two parts to this one, the blouse is knit with the Woolike and #2 and is knit bottom up, flat. The skirt uses the fingering (might be Palette, it’s unlabeled stash). It’s knit in the round top down.

It’s a pretty easy knit except maybe for the picot cast on if you have not done that before. Here’s a link to instructions but you can probably find you-tubes, too, if you need that.

And a I-cord machine is handy.
