Chevron Chase
Never having too many patterns for self-striping yarn, I designed these socks to work with the yarn in a fun way of manipulating the stripes with a very easy to memorize chevron wave.
In addition to the pattern, you will need the following materials to knit the Chevron Chase socks:
PatricKnits Signature –(85% Merino Superwash and 15% Nylon, 400 m / 437 yds, 100g), 1 skein in Danke colorway as the MC.
Louise Robert Collection – Super Sock (75% Merino Superwash and 25% Nylon, 200 m / 219 yds, 50g), in Klimt colorway as the CC.
4 double-pointed needles (or long circular needles for knitting magic loop) in size 2.25mm (or the size needed to obtain gauge).
Tapestry needle
Stitch markers
SIZE – ONE SIZE : Length of foot: adjustable.
GAUGE : 36 sts = 10 cm – 4² in Stockinette Stitch
NOTE : The Chevron Chase Socks are knit from the top down with an easy to memorize, yet engaging, front panel pattern.
