This hat can be made with any loom that has a peg multiple of 12.
Sample used CinDWood Adult Hat Loom, 1/2” 60 pegs.

Other looms with multiples of 12:
3/8” 72 peg (CinDWood Youth/Small Adult Hat Loom)
5/8” 48 peg (purple Knifty Knitter or CinDWood equivalent)

Solid yarn with some wool content appropriate for loom gauge
3/8” spacing -- use DK or worsted weight
1/2” spacing -- sample used aran weight
--Classic Elite Yarn Majestic Tweed; between 90-110 yards
5/8” spacing -- use bulky 5 yarn

Intermediate pattern uses U-Knit, Purl stitches, moving loops from one peg to next, knit 2 together.
