This is a rough sketch with a chart that I made for a very loose gauge, fluffy, relatively easy shawl for those of us knitting for the Prayer Shawl Ministry of the The Hospice of the Calumet (Indiana) Region, in collaboration with Spinnin’ Yarns.

Figured the best place to share it was here on Ravelry, our virtual home-away-from-home.

My sample started out as a 45-stitch “original” pattern, but I soon felt the need to break from that, added two sts, and continued in the pattern as written here.
