Supplies - H/8 - 5.00mm Crochet Hook

  • 1 skein color A (light worsted weight) (350 yards)
  • 1 skein color B (light worsted weight) (300 yards) Total Yardage - Approximately 650 yards total.

Gauge -
You should always make a gauge swatch before you begin! Save yourself headaches! 4 sc = 1 inch. 3 rows = 1 inch. Use any size hook that you need to achieve the desired gauge.

Notes -
When we make pieces with even stitches per row, our minds tend to think the piece should have flat edges. The sides of this scarf will NOT be even until the finishing step. Trust the process! (see image of edges below) - I highly recommend that you stitch over your yarn tails 5 times when you change colors, then cut off to be even with the 5th stitch. If you prefer to leave your tails out and tuck in later, this is fine too. Instructions on how I like to change colors are included at the end of the pattern.
