The Cheyenne Shawl is a collaboration with Yarnaceous Fibers for the June 2024 Book Box. It is inspired by Dragon’s Teeth by Michael Crichton. Cheyenne, Wyoming is a pivotal location to the plot of the book and the shawl is inspired by different locations throughout the book. The lace texture is reminiscent of dinosaur teeth fossils and the seed stitch by the rocky ground in the Badlands.

The Cheyenne Shawl is a triangular shaped colorblock shawl utilizing alternating panels of drop stitches and seed stitch.
