Chi-Rho Banner
What’s a Chi-Rho? This is a common symbol used by Christains to represent Jesus. In Greek, ΧΡΙΣΤΟΣ means Christos, or Christ. The Chi-Rho are the names of the first 2 letters in the name, that looks like an x and p in English.
This pattern is for a wall banner that displays this symbol for your home prayer corner or hanging on the wall. This pattern features the 3 dc filet square size. If you make this with 4 dc, it will be larger, but you can follow the chart and do that if you prefer.
Here is a video (also linked in the pattern) to help you understand how to read a chart. I’ve included the chart, and a written pattern to help you get used to how to read a chart. The written pattern is written fully out for a few rows, but then you follow the shorthand of X representing a filled in square, and O to represent an open mesh square.

Also included with the pattern, is a youtube video explaining how to do the chainless foundation stitch if you are not familiar with that. I prefer it, so that I do not have to count lots of chains, and means that by the end of the first row, I have a row of dc, instead of just a row of chains. I love it!
If you have any questions, you can send a message here, and I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can. I also have a facebook page where I post updated patterns as I release them, pictures of my work, and a place for us to chat!

Please feel free to sell the finished ITEMS made from this pattern, but do not give out free, sell, or post this pattern anywhere. That’s just rude, because I worked really hard on this. I’ve kept the price very low, so please don’t give it out free.
Have a great day!! Thank you for stopping by!!
