Pinhead from Hellraiser! But oh so cute! He is pretty simple to make up. I used the following supplies:

Black Yarn
White Yarn
Scraps of felt in white and red
Doll eyes (But you could use felt as well.)
Embroidery Floss in black
Straight Pins.
