Chibi Teddiursa Amigurumi
This is a pattern for a cute and easy pokémon-- Teddiursa.
He’s part of my expanding collection of chibi pokemon designs.
Using the recommended yarn and hook he will be about 3 1/2 to 4 inches tall, and consistent in size with my other pokemon amigurumi.
You’ll need relatively small amounts (not more than 30g) of Brown and Off-White yarn, a few scraps of black yarn or felt, some white felt, black plastic eyes (10mm is good), hot glue, a 4mm crochet hook, some stuffing, and a yarn needle.
Teddiursa is a cute little guy with a classic teddy bear vibe. His construction is pretty straightforward, but it’s important to remember to tilt the head so that the off-white section is in position to form his lower-face. You can also sew the arms into different positions, depending on the look you’re going for. The pattern calls for BLO stitching around the border of the off-white section so that it creates a slightly cleaner line. Both the nose and the ear-dots could either be stitched or glued on with felt (whichever works best for you!).
I hope you enjoy!
