Chiclets
by Stacey Trock
A fun twist on your basic chevron! This piece is worked flat, a fabulous introduction to intarsia! To successfully work the color changes, simply twist your new color around the old one to unite the stitches.
This project is a fabulous stashbuster and minis project!
Knit flat in a chevron pattern with a garter stitch border. This cowl is appropriate for an advanced beginner who can:
- knit
- purl
- increase
- decrease
- work color changes using intarsia
This shawl uses 20 yards of each of 4 of the new FreshStitches colors for Louet Gems, plus one skein in a neutral color. Almost any worsted weight yarn can easily be substituted and I encourage you to try amazing color combinations!
