Welcome to the third pattern to be included in the Prairie Knit Slipper Family! This one includes instructions for 5 sizes in Small Child/Child/Women’s slippers.

Child sizes included with this pattern download: Toddler Size 10/11 (7” sole), Toddler Size 12/13 (7.5” sole), Child Size 1/2 (8” sole), Child Size 3/4 (8.5” sole), & Child/Women’s Size 5/6 (9” sole).

Pattern is written in English with Standard American Terms.
Simple Crochet stitches included for suede soles (photo & video tutorial included).
Knitting Terms: Cast on, SSK, Wrap & Turn, K2tog Decrease, Stretchy Bing Off, and Knit/Purls.

Needles needed: 6.5mm Double Pointed Needles 8”(x5…I add a 6th for the largest sized slippers) or 6.5mm Circular Needles long enough for Magic Loop method. You will also need a small metal Crochet Hook in any size between 2.10-3.5mm for picking up knit sole stitches.

Written for SUPER BULKY YARN WEIGHT #6: Lionbrand Wool Ease Thick + Quick, Malabrigo ‘Rasta’, We Are Knitter ‘The Wool’, or most local hand-dyed Super Bulky Single Ply yarns, etc.

Pattern includes both knit sole or option for suede soles. Templates for your own sole making are always included! Various finishing options also included.
