Knitted using 4 ply wool
Pattern is written in English

Design
The cardigans have a twisted rib border and 8-row repeat pattern. The front, back and sleeves are knitted separately and sewn together. The ribbed neck and buttonhole bands are added by picking up stitches. The cardigans have a one button fastening.

The pattern gives instructions for 6 sizes: 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years, 2-3 years, 4-5 years and 6-7 years old. To fit chest: 41, 46, 51, 56, 61 and 66 cms or 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 and 26 inches.

Yarn
The pattern uses 4 ply wool (an alternative for overseas knitters would be USA Sport or Australian 5 ply).
The picture shows the cardigans knitted for size 1-2 years using Sirdar Snuggly 4 ply in shade Pearly Pink (0302) and size 2-3 years in shade White (0251).
