Day-to-day cardigan for school and play in three useful sizes for 5, 7 and 9-year-olds

Materials: Of Patons Fair Isle Fingering, 3 (4) 4 ozs. light natural mixture 1656 and 6 balls (just under ½ oz. each) of rust 61, emerald 64, larkspur 42, yellow 28, dark brown 5 and white. A pair each No. 10 and No. 12 “Beehive” needles. Six buttons.

Measurements: To fit 23 (25) 27 inch chest; length from top of shoulders, 14½ (15½) 16½ ins.; sleeve seam, 10½ (12) 13 inches.

Tension: 7½ sts. and 9½ rows to an inch.
