I used 4 skeins of Red Heart Boutique Treasure in Spectrum (151 yards a skein x 4 = 604 yards) and made the collar kind of big for comfort.

You can make this poncho smaller or bigger by either reducing or adding the amount to the chain/foundation chain. The length is also customizable by adding or subtracting rows.
