A simple child’s sweater worked from the top down with a full saddle yoke. The pattern includes four different motifs and color options to make this a great sweater for any little boy or girl. You can also easily customize the sweater with any 28-stitch square motif.

Each size from 3 months to 3T is designed with plenty of ease to allow for lots of rolling, crawling, climbing and running.

Sizes: XS(S, M, L, XL) to fit 3 mo(9 mo, 18 mo, 2T, 4T). Finished chest size 19.5(20.75, 22, 24, 25) inches. Always allow for extra ease in a baby sweater -- they grow fast.

Yarn: Shown in KnitPicks Swish DK. Any superwash wool that gives you gauge will work. Different colors may be used to gain different effects across the yoke.

Yardage: For MC, 350(480, 600, 700, 850) yds. For CC, 240(240, 350, 350, 580) yds. Small quantities of contrast yarns for motif.

Gauge: 22 sts and 32 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch worked flat
