Chile Shawl
I created this pattern inspired by Chile´s varied landscape and narrow shape. From the Andes all the way to the ocean my idea was to have a small trip from one side of the country to the other exploring the valleys in the middle as well.
I used ChileKnitz Cuddly Sock yarn to knit it but feel free to use whatever fingering yarn you like the most and do not be afraid to mix bold colors, if you are not happy with your choice you can always change it!! The idea is to have fun as well as to create a stylish piece!
I do recommend that you get enough yardage for it, I am afraid of running out of yarn when I am knitting something so I always get a bit more for all my projects, just in case. Bear in mind that this particular design can be knit with more colors than recommended on the pattern also so if you want to use scraps you have around then this is the perfect project for it, just change colors in all the sections and create your own version of Chile!
