I’ve always been fascinated by Shetland lace. Even more so when it’s done in chunky yarn and big needles. This poncho is a great modern look that will keep the chill away on those autumn evenings. Throw this over your shoulders and you’re ready for those crisp Fall days.

Note: To change the width of the poncho add or subtract 10 stitches.

The poncho is 37.5” wide x 23” long.

I used a 32” circular needle.

It takes 5 colors of Ecological Wool &/or Eco +.

Unless, like me, you have several needles in the suggested size I would use waste yarn to hold your stitches while you work the second side. Or you can knit them both at the same time.
