This pattern is for a summertime cowl (of course it works for winter attire also - just use your favorite warm and cozy yarn)

I call it ‘Chilly Cowl’ because it will - once wet - keep you cool during all kinds of summer-outside-activities!

It works up really fast and is very durable.
