Chimaira is a wonderfully light shawl that makes clever use of short rows to create an asymmetrical and eye-catching colorplay.

The shawl is worked outwards from the center of the top edge, with increases at the beginning and end of each row as well as around the off-centered spine.

The amazingly silky and soft Wisp by Dream in Color adds beautiful drape and subtle sheen to Chimaira, making it a wonderful choice for knitting up this piece.

Skills needed are cast on, knit, kfb, k2tog, yo, short rows and bind off.

Yardage requirements:
• 1 skein in Gold Experience (color A, 35g used for sample)
• 1 skein in Tea Party (color B, 29g used for sample)
• 1 skein in Tokyo Cream (color C, 7g used for sample)
