Chimera was one of those happy accidents. I was using another yarn to create something and the idea for Chimera came.

A chimera according to mythology is a beast made from many different animals and so Chimera has many different elements within it from butterflies to bobbles.

Created using simple stitches and a guide for those slightly trickier elements, Chimera is perfect for a confident beginner to try.

The pattern is a one skein project and uses both a 5 and 4mm hook.

Finished item is approximately 30 x 20”

The pattern comes with separate copies for UK terms and USA terms. It photographs along the way to help guide you.

This pattern has been tested by a large group with varying abilities in crochet.
