This lacey scarf has a 12 row repeating lace pattern with beads at each end. It’s fairly straightforward and I think it should work just as well with Rowan Kidsilk Aura or similar double-knit weight yarn.

I worked this out over Easter weekend, sitting in my parents garden with my family. The pattern is named chiminea after my favourite part of the weekend, sitting out and talking around the woodburner in the dark, watching the sparks as my dad over-filled it and trying to spot stars. The perfect time for a nice light mohair scarf!
