The inspiration for this bag was the lining fabric. I love the combination of these colours and once I started knitting the stripes it reminded me of a vintage china tea cup.

I used one skein of Natural, one skein of Seafoam Heather and a small amount of Cerise for the roses.

The base can be knitted on straight or circular needles but I used circular throughout.

It was felted twice in a frontloader at 60 degrees.
