Note: This is an updated version of the Chinese Rose Coat that was first featured in Glorious Knits by Kaffe Fassett, in the 1980’s.

Rowan has made the pattern available in 9 sizes, updated the yarn, needles, gauge, buttons, etc. as well as taken new photography. **

In this version, yarn is doubled throughout.

• You will also need a set of double-pointed needles in size US 7 (4.5 mm) and a circular needle in the same size, at least 48” (120 cm) long.

You will also need 10 x7/8” (2.3 cm) buttons. Rowan used metal buttons #BN1508 from Bedecked in the UK.
