Chiron is a completely reversible cowl, done with two colors. It creates a nice vertical lines illusion while using one color at a time in the round.

Always use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of the round and to hold your live stitch when not crocheting. The Cowl Pictured above used 9 reps of the main pattern and 1 skein of each color. You can try a Main solid color and a variegated as contrast color.

Materials:
Main Color (MC) 160-320 yards and Contrasting color (CC) 160-320 yards as well.

• Suggested yarn “Kenzie” by HiKoo | Worsted / 10 ply (9 wpi) | 160 yards - 50 grams
• 2 or 3 Stitch markers
• 5.5 mm or I hook
• Blocking pins and mat
Gauge unblocked 7 sts = 2 inches | 7.5 Rnds = 2 inches in pattern, (Rnd 3 and Rnd 4 repeats)

43 inches for Small 150 sts ; 48 inches for Medium 170 sts; 54 inches for Large 190 sts.

You can extend the sizes by increasing in multiples of two, depending on the yarn weight and your desired gauge. The above sizes are mainly a guide. If you are using Dk , Fingering or lace weight, you will need more stitches and more yarn to create your desired size.
