This is a recipe to make a Chocolate & Vanilla Sandwich Biscuit using the Ricorumi amigurumi yarn as it keeps its shape well. But you can use up any small scraps in your yarn collection. Try using light brown on the outside for a Ginger sandwich, or light pink on the inside for a strawberry filling.

A note on gauge: I use a crochet hook size 3 to get a nice tight stitch, but you can also use a size 4 or even a 2. No need to test swatch, it doesnt matter what size your biscuits come out as long as you use the same hook!
