Chocolate Fuzz
Chocolate Fuzz is knitted in the round from the bottom up, on big needles, holding the 3 threads together throughout.
The sample uses about 75 meters of each colour. That means that with a bit of planning, you can get 3 lovely, light and fuzzy beanies out of the 3 balls of Kid-Silk.
yarn
one thread each of:
1 skein of Schulana Kid-Seta (70% Mohair/30 % Silk, 211 m (230 y) / 25 gr, colour 11 Black

1 skein of Filo Dora Kid-Seta (70% Mohair/30 % Silk, 210 m (229 y) / 25 gr, colour 33 Gray
or
approx 225 m (246 y), 75 m (82 y) each of similar yarns that give you the correct gauge.
The sample is knit using appr. 75 m (82 y) of each colour, held together to create the marled effect.

or the correct needle size to obtain gauge.
tools
stitch marker, tapestry needle, blocking tools

13 stitches x 23 rows – 4” / 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch
An accurate gauge is important and deviating will affect size and yardage. Having said that, you can use a different gauge to manipulate sizing.
size
One size: 52 cm circumference, 25 cm height, unstretched. Size can be altered easily (instructions are in the pattern) but this will affect your yardage!
The pattern has written out decreases for the crown, suggestions for altering the size and suggestions with links for blocking.
Chocolate Fuzz is enjoyed best with a cup of hot chocolate!!
Enjoy!
