Note from the designer - “The pattern has been revised to include only 4 increases on the RS and 2 on the WS as per most of the comments I’ve recieved. As well, I’ve corrected a mistake about the placement of the markers for the center stitch.”

This is a great shawl pattern for that skein of fancy yarn that you don’t want to hide. The stockinette and garter stitches play differently with pooling/flashing to give you a unique look and the eyelets are an easy way to add a touch of lace.

Any yarn and needle will work for this, so be creative. The original was made with Wollmeise and US 7 needles, which give a lovely drape!
