This pattern was designed to go with the Christmas 2018 Owl About Yarn bauble. A clear bauble which contains enough yarn to knit the mitts, festive stitch markers and the pattern itself.
The mitts are a reasonably relaxed fit, and come in two sizes, adult small and medium. Almost every keen knitter has a stash of odds and ends of balls of 4ply or fingering weight yarn, and so most people can shop in their stash to knit this pattern rather than needing to go and deliberately buy lots more. The mitts would make a perfect festive gift for someone knitworthy!
