SIZES

Small – 9 cm
Large – 12 cm

You can vary the size by changing the thickness of the yarn and the size of the needles. You can knit candies of your own sizes, using any yarn and colors of your choice.

YARN

For the candies, you will need yarn in two colors, approximately 10-15 grams of each color.
For the small candies, I used Gold Extra 2/15 by Filatura Power (70% Angora, 20% Nylon, 10% Merino, 750 meters / 100 grams) in two strands of red and white colors, with 2 mm needles.

For the large candies, I used Madame Tricote Pirlanta (69% Polyester, 31% Metallic, 190 meters / 100 grams) in white and brown colors, with 3.0 mm needles. Use any leftover yarn for this project. Feel free to mix and match!

YOU WILL NEED
Sock needles or circular needles (if you plan to use the “Magic Loop” method) in sizes 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, or other sizes to achieve the desired gauge; a marker to mark the beginning of the round (if you use the “Magic Loop” method); wool or synthetic stuffing (I used synthetic fiberfill).

GAUGE
24 sts x 32 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm in stockinette stitch after blocking on 2.0 mm needles 20 sts x 24 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm in stockinette stitch after blocking on 3.0 mm needles
If you want to knit candies of my sizes, make sure to check your gauge before starting.
