Skill Level: Intermediate

Items required:
Yarn: #3 light or #4 medium

1. Cardinals – Red, black and gold
2. Owls – one colour for body & wings & a contrasting colour for beak & feet
3. Holly Leaves – one or more shades of green
4. Beech Tree Leaves – any colour (one or more)
5. One colour for branch

The gauge is not important and the pattern will work with different weights of yarn and needle sizes but the finished size will be impacted.

Needles:

1. One set of two 3.25mm straight needles
2. One set of two 3.00mm straight needles
3. Two 3.25mm double pointed needles
4. Two 3.00mm double pointed needles

Other Supplies:

1. One pipe cleaner for branch
2. Small amount of stuffing
3. Buttons and beads for eyes
4. Pompoms, ribbons, flowers, etc. to decorate

Finished Measurements:
Height: 3 inches approx.
Width: 4 inches approx.
