DK Knitted Christmas Crackers

Sweet Tube Drawstring covers - Set of Three Christmas Knitting Patterns, made the perfect size for a large 120g(ish) tube of treats, with a drawstring top & bottom to close

Perfect for a confident beginner, simple easy to follow pattern. Stitch skills you will need are just knit and purl. These patterns use a picot edge, which will require you to yarn over (wrap the yarn around the needle) and knit the next two stitches together to create a small hole as part of the pattern.

I have used DK Dollymix throughout in 25g balls, these are excellent value at around just £1 in most stores, money-savvy homemade gifts, what’s not to love?! ❤️

They can hang on a tree or be used as a stocking filler / party favour

Materials:
3mm straight needles, yarn needle
DK coloured yarn for all as required (see list below)
Oddments of yarn for baubles

Colours;
Elf = Chestnut brown, white, red. green
Santa = White, red, black, yellow
Christmas Tree = Yellow, 2 tones of green, chestnut brown, oddments of colour for baubles.
All can be made from cost effective 25 g DK toy yarn balls, and using oddments for smaller features:
