Christmas Crib: Little Donkey
Description from the pattern:
The most often requested item in our post bag is for a donkey, to complete the Christmas Crib in our Christmas Special booklet. Well, here he is! And the pattern couldn’t be simpler, there are no complicated gussets or awkward pieces to fit together. The body, neck and head are worked in one piece and the legs are stiffened with plastic drinking straws so that Little Donkey stands up unsupported.
Measurements: With head lowered, the donkey is 12cm (4¾in) in height to top of head. From nose to tail he measures 15cm (6in) in length
Yarn Requirements: 30g (1oz) of grey, plus oddments of cream, dark grey, and black
Other materials: Six 5mm (¼in) diameter plastic drinking straws
