This cute festive little cosy is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face! It will also make a great gift. It works up quickly, and is a great stash buster, to boot.

It can be made larger or smaller, by increasing or decreasing the number of starting chains. And by increasing or decreasing the number of rows. It is best to keep trying it on your teapot, as you make it.

The gauge for the body in pattern, with the 5mm hk is 18 dc sts x 6 rows = 4” x 4”

Gauge for the 4.5 mm hk is 16 dc sts x 8 rows = 4” x 4”

As well as the main body colour yarn, you will need a small amount for the hat and scarf. Approx 100m should be more than sufficient. And some for the mouth and eyes. Or you can use safety eyes/felt.
