Materials:
3mm straight needles, yarn needle
DK coloured yarn for all as required (see list below)
Oddments of yarn for baubles

Colours;
Sleepy Elf = Flesh colour of choice, red. green, black for eyes
Santa = White, red
Christmas Tree = Yellow, 2 tones of green, chestnut brown, oddments of colour for baubles.
Funky Robin = Brown, red, white, black for eyes
Sleepy Snowman = White, blue, green, orange, black for eyes
All can be made from cost effective 25 g DK toy yarn balls, and using oddments for smaller features:
