This traditional Fair Isle pattern makes for a non-traditional Santa hat!

A pretty snowflake colour change pattern that effortlessly goes into the classic Father Christmas point, ready for a fur pom pom or traditional wool pom.

Knitted in rounds of 20st so you could knit for a child, woman or men. A flexible hat with full start to finish instructions!

For M size I used approx. 70g = 160m of UK Alpaca Superfine DK, and 55g = 135m Twilley’s Freedom Spirit.

This hat would look just as good with multiple colours, if you wanted to be more traditional and use up scraps of yarn. Use one colour as a base and any colour for the snowflakes!
