Christmas Gnome
Sometimes we need a break from our larger holiday projects and Christmas ornaments are one way to go about it. If you’re tired of simple Christmas balls then maybe I can recommend you this adorable Christmas gnome. He’s small, cute, and rewarding to knit :slightly_smiling_face:
It’s an easy and fun way to use any leftover yarn you have laying around. Head and hat are knitted in rounds, the nose is worked in flat. I used the styrofoam ball as a filling, but you can use anything you have, even stripes of fabric.
Knit something fun today ♥︎
YARN
- 25 g (100 yds) of fine weight or sock yarn for the head and nose
- 25 g (100 yds) of yarn for the hat (can be a sock yarn or something chunkier)
You can use any yarn. I usually use any odd bits I have around.
