Christmas Lights C2C Throw Pillow Afghan Motif
This is a digital download of a PDF crochet pattern for a 25x25 block C2C (corner to corner) CHRISTMAS LIGHTS motif that can be used to make a decorative holiday throw pillow. Motif can also be combined with others in this series to create a beautiful Christmas throw afghan.
Recommended size for an afghan is 4 square motifs across by 5 motifs long. There are many squares to choose from and they can be arranged in any manner you choose to create your own personal masterpiece. Makes a great gift or holiday décor.
To create a throw pillow from the motif pictured, make 1 front as directed and 1 25x25 block solid colored square for the back. Using matching yarn and darning needle, sew both pieces together around three sides, placing the right sides together. Turn right side out and insert purchased pillow form. Sew remaining side.
To create an afghan, make 20 motif squares in whatever combination of designs from this series that you prefer. For example, I used 10 snowflakes and 10 other picture motifs (of more than 20 available designs), alternating in a checkerboard arrangement for the sample afghan.
The pattern comes in downloadable PDF format and includes a full color illustration to give you a sense of the final look of the product for reference, a numbered graphed chart and row by row visual color block instructions for c2c including color key and stitch counts. Written out directions are available as an add-on for an additional $1 if so desired.
This listing is for a digital pattern only, not the finished project. The PDF file of the pattern will be available from Etsy for instant download once payment is confirmed. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds are available, but we are happy to assist with any questions you may have with the pattern execution.
