How much fun is this hat? Definitely not for the shy, this crazy hat will certainly bring some Christmas cheer. When we think of Christmas lights we always envision this jumbled mess of lights that has to be untangled and re-strung and thought how much fun would that image be on a hat? We strung the lights completely around the hat but you could string them in any way you wish. The pattern is written for 4 sizes from 6 months all the way to adult and is well suited to a beginner.

What you’ll need:

• 4.5mm/G hook
• worsted weight yarn
• circular work, chains, slip stitches
