He snarled with a sneer, “Tomorrow is Christmas’ It’s practically here!”
Then he growled, with his Grinch fingers nervously drumming, “I MUST find some way to stop Christmas from coming!”

But this monster isn’t the Grinch, so you don’t have to worry about him ruining Christmas. This little fellow saw all the cheer, the merriment and surprise and couldn’t resist a closer look. So close he couldn’t hide anymore. His likeness was uncanny as he sat with a bauble in his hand. He just loved Christmas, don’t we all?

This PDF includes the written instructions in US terms and step-by-step photos detailing how to make the pieces to finish your creation. When made with DK weight yarn (sample made in Stylecraft Special DK) and a 2.0mm hook, the finished friend will measure around 16cm/6.2” tall.

The project can be made using any weighted yarn, just adjust the hook size to match your choice.

You’ll need to know how to:

• make a Magic Ring or a chain 2 equivalent
• work in a round
• single crochet
• increase/decrease
• half double crochet
• front/back loop only
• slip stitch

1 ball of : Apple (1852)

2.0mm crochet hook
12mm black safety eyes
Soft stuffing/ Fibrefill
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
