I just finished this Christmas Mouse Nutcracker…

When I started him I wanted him to stand up on a base like

a real nutcracker…so I worked and reworked him

and I finally got him to stand…so he now stands about

19” tall…and he really stands on his own…yay!
I added a variation so it can be a doll as well.
