This ornament collection includes 4 knitting patterns:
-Mini Sweater ornament

These versatile patterns are great for beginners who want to add some new skills to their repertoire, (such as k2tog, kfb, putting sts on a holder, I-cord, and working in the round) in a low-risk, small, quick project.

The finished items are great for tree decorating, embellishing wreaths and garlands, or as gift toppers.
They can be strung together to make mitten or sweater garlands, used as single ornaments, or as part of a coordinating set.

Size: Finished size will vary, depending on yarn weight used. If using aran weight, the sweater will average 3.75 inches across (from arm to arm), and 1.75 inches high
The finished toque will measure 1.75 inches, across, and about 2.25 inches tall (including pompom)
The finished mittens will measure 2.5 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide.
The finished stocking will measure 3 inches tall, and 1.25 inches wide.

Yarn: Each ornament uses approximately 10-15 yards of aran or worsted weight yarn (I used a variety of Istex Lett Lopi , or Red Heart Super Saver Solids)
Needles: Set of 4mm (US 6) double pointed knitƫng needles
Other Materials: Two removable stitch holders
4 inch length of hemp cord (or desired string) for hanging
tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

These ornaments are great for using up bits of scrap yarn. The possibilities for colour combinations are endless!
