A beautiful placemat to show off your Christmas dinnerware.

Skill Level: Easy

Measurements:
Rectangle: 17 inches by 12 inches (including border)
Square: 12 inches by 12 inches (including border)

Gauge:
No gauge. I used DK yarn, but you can use whatever yarn you like in order to get the size you want.

Yarn: Robin DK in Red (2 skeins), Green (2 skeins), and White (1 skein), or worsted/aran weight yarn of your choice in same colors. An alternative is to make it with red and white stripes to give them a candy cane look!
2 skeins of red and green each are called for since the strands are doubled for this pattern. If using a heavier weight yarn like aran or worsted you may be able to get away with one skein of each color/

Hook: H/5.00mm
