This plush bear is so cute and soft. You can crochet such a toy for kids or friends.

Materials:
-Yarn for body: Himalaya Dolphin Baby (100 g/120m). You can use another brend of plush yarn but note that then toy can be another size.
-Yarn for scarf: Yarnart Jeans (50g / 160m)
-Some black yarn for embroidery. I use YarnArt Jeans.
-Crochet hook 4.0 mm for body, 2.0 mm for scarf.
-Stitch marker
-Polyester fiber for stuffing
-Scissors, sewing needle
