Two Christmas appliqué designs- Christmas Pudding and a Christmas Tree. Written in US crochet terminology.

The Christmas pudding measures about 5cm approx when complete, and the Tree 4cm approx. You could add a hanging loop and attach them to bunting or use as christmas tree ornaments. Add a safety pin to create a badge, or sew to hats, scarves and clothing to make them more festive.

The pattern is suitable for beginner crocheters wanting a bit of a challenge, and uses techniques such as magic ring, single crochet, increase and decrease. You will need dark brown, dark green, white and red DK/light worsted yarn (or other yarn suitable for your hook), a yarn needle, scissors, 3.5mm and 4mm crochet hooks. You can make larger or smaller appliqués by changing the size of your hook.
