I have used Malabrigo Twist yarn for the main Christmas pudding and ring and White DK cotton for the lace edging of the christmas pud. Cotton blend gives great structure and crisp whiteness Perfect! and scraps of yarn (wool blend if poss) for the leaves and berry).
