I used a 31-peg loom, it came in a set of 4 by Loops and Threads at Michaels. Yarn is held double throughout using e-wraps in the loom knitting. The holly and berries are crocheted and sewn on. My teapot is a little on the tall side so there are suggestions on how to make a smaller cozy to fit a shorter teapot.
