To make Christmas snake ornament under this instruction you shall know how to crochet:

• chain stitch
• single crochet
• slip stitch
• double crochet
• increase and invisible decrease
• spike stitch

MATERIALS you will need to crochet the hanging ornament:

• Green, light green, red and white yarn. This toy was crocheted with YarnArt Begonia yarn (169 m/50 gr).
• Some black thin yarn for mouth.
• Hook 1,5 mm.
• Stuffing material.
• 5 mm safety eyes. If you use another yarn, size of the eyes may be different. The thicker yarn you use, the bigger the eyes should be.
• Needle.
• Piece of cardboard.
• Thin brown cord.

The size of finished crochet snake made under this pattern depends on the yarn and hook size.
My toy size is about 4 inches (9.5 cm)
