this is a pattern for a funky and modern christmas stocking. fun for the children and great for the adults.

the pattern is for the stocking base. you will be able to choose your own colour scheme and decorate your stocking however you like. the only limit is your imagination.

the size is a large stocking using a 5mm hook. you could make it a little smaller if you used a 3mm hook.

I used stylecraft special dk throughout this pattern but you can use any dk.

i used 1 100g ball of each colour with yarn left over.
