This stocking is constructed from yarn made by tearing or cutting fabric strips in the traditional “rag” method.

Supplies:

• Size 13 double pointed needles
• crochet hook - size J
• 2 1/2 yards fabric (cut 3/4” strips, selvedge to selvedge, for the stocking body, approx. 120 strips)
• 3/4 yard contrast fabric (cut 3/4” strips, selvedge to selvedge, for the stocking body, approx. 36 strips)
